Julia Wunderlin (Intern, 2009) will join Theatre Aspen's summer season as our new House Manager! Welcome back, Julie!
Christa Funke (Intern, 2009) has become the Founding Director of the Firelight Theatre in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Their very first production opens this week (March 26th, 2010). Congratulations!
Nicole Herrington (Intern, 2009) has just been offered a Company Management position with the Goodspeed Opera House, in Connecticut! This, after finishing a production assistant job with the Broadway bound The Addams Family new musical!
Julia Wunderlin (Intern, 2009) just started her new job with the Chicago Shakespeare Festival. Our PYTs continue to thrive!
James Ludwig (Chapter Two, 2009) is now appearing in the National Tour of 101 Dalmations, directed by the legendary Jerry Zaks (who is the new director of The Addams Family, the new musical!).
Nicole Herrington, aka Theatre Aspen's PYT Intern, was just signed on as a Production Assistant to the pre-Broadway company of The Addams Family, which will open in Chicago at the Oriental Theatre this fall. Congratulations, Nicole!
Lisa Datz (Crimes of the Heart, 2008) along with her brother Mike Datz share the stage in "Datz Life" an original night of music and stories on September 13th at Ars Nova in NYC. If you're in town, don't miss it!
Adrienne Warren and Felicia Boswell (Little Shop of Horrors, 2008) have joined the cast of the National Tour of Dreamgirls starring Syesha Mercado as Deena Jones, Adrienne Warren as Lorrell Robinson, and Margaret Hoffman as Michelle Morris and opening November 7th. This production will include the song "Listen," originally written for the 2006 movie version.
Adrienne Warren (Little Shop of Horrors, 2008) is in rehearsals for the Encores production of The Wiz, starring Ashanti, whom she will cover. Performances begin in June at City Center in NYC.
Sandy Rustin (Crimes of the Heart, 2008) had her second baby boy - Charles Alton Fleischer, big brother to Isaac!
Lisa Datz (Crimes of the Heart, 2008) will appear at Ars Nova, in NYC, with a show on September 13, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. Don't miss it!
David Ledingham (Director/Actor, Last 5 Years/Moonlight and Magnolias etc) is directing Almost, Maine for his Pegasus Repertory Theatre in Aspen's Fringe Festival June 5 and 6 at the Wheeler. He will bring his production to Theatre Aspen on July 12th, at the tent.
Cynthia Whitman (TAS student and teacher) has just been accepted to the Summer Training Congress at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco.

Chelsea Anderson (Intern, 2008) was cast in Pride and Prejudice at the University of Florida, where she is in her second semester. Chelsea was an invaluable part of our summer 2008 season!
Gordon Stanley (Little Shop of Horrors, 2008) was nominated for an IRNE (Independent Reviewers of New England) Award for his portrayal of Cap'n Andy in Showboat at North Shore Music Theatre!

Kate Fahrner (Audrey, Little Shop of Horrors 2008) will star as Billie Dawn in the Walnut Street Theatre's production of BORN YESTERDAY.

Jamie LaVerdiere (Seymour, LIttle Shop of Horrors 2008) announced the birth of Rianna Grace, born February 4th to Jamie and his wife, actress Christiane Noll. Jamie is currently in rehearsals for Papermill Playhouse's upcoming 1776, while Christiane readies herself for upcoming concerts. Rianna has perfect pitch.
Felicia Boswell and Anastacia McCleskey (Urchins, Little Shop of Horrors, 2008) have finished a run of Beeh ive at the Maltz Theatre in Jupiter, FL. The production re-teamed them with director Mark Martino (Little Shop), who returns to TA this summer to direct The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Felicia won a role in the upcoming Guthrie production of Caroline or Change, which runs April to June '09.
Kevin Stapelton (Rounding Third and Crimes of the Heart) is appearing Off Broadway in Love Divided by Harold Pinter.
